Chocolate Fudgey Brownies

I always think that there are a few types of brownies. One being the soft spongy type, which I don't really like. And the other being the super compact fudgey brownies. So I decided to find a recipe that does that. I've made quite a few changes to the online recipe to suit to my taste. Not really the most appealing looking brownies (no idea what the lightings did to the colour, but it doesn't look that red in real life)

Recipe:
150g plain chocolate (I personally like dark chocolate, but my sister likes the milk chocolate)
4 tablespoons butter (do not need to be melted)
3 eggs
225g castor sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
120g plain flour (If you want it to be less fudgey, you can add more flour)
25g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven at 160degrees (celcius)
2. Break the chocolate into a bowl and melt over a pan of hot water
3. Add butter to the melted chocolate and mix it
4. In a large bowl, whisk the egg with caster sugar and vanilla extract until creamy and slightly thickened
5. Add plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and melted chocolate into the mixture
6. Mix gently
7. Pour it into a square tin and bake it for 25-40mins (I just estimated how long by looking at the top)
8. Leave it out to cool before cutting into squares (I'd say leave it out for 1-2hrs for best results)
